The last week saw the Tharoor-Modi tiff as well as the Sania-Shoaib wedding hijack the public space, even while PM Manmohan Singh returned after participating in the Nuclear Secuirty, India-Brazil-South Africa (IBSA) and Brazil-Russia-India-China (BRIC) Summits in the US and Brazil.
